Creekside JX (Jr High)

There is no program out there like our Jr High ministry, JX. Why? Because our junior highers are the absolute best! Come hang out on Tuesday nights from 6:30 – 8:00 pm and you’ll get a taste of what we’re talking about. We hang out, chat about relevant topics, play some games and have an all-around good time. You can also join us in first service (9 am) on Sunday mornings as we look at God’s Word and what it means for us.
The best part of JX? The events. We’re talking about late night and overnight trips (who else in Jr High gets to do that?). We’ve been to corn mazes (that was just crazy) and to Great America. We’ve watched more than one movie in a row, and we’ve eaten until we got sick. Like we said, who else gets to do that?
Creekside XING

At the XING, we mix games, fun and social service activities while building community within the group. We’ve done things as crazy as a smashing pumpkin party and as wild as joining thousands around the world for a 30 hour famine (http://www.30hourfamine.org/). From the ordinary (weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 7 pm), to the radical (painting a school in Mexico); from the safe (healthy discussions on relationships) to the risky (risking life rock climbing and white water rafting), we do it ALL!
But XING is more than just about fun and activities. It’s about knowing Christ and learning to follow Him in a daily way – among the regular pressures of school life, peer pressure, and a busy schedule. Visit a Tuesday night session to see how we put it all together in an engaging experience that will have you coming back for more.
